You: Hello, Am I speaking to Mr. Verma?
Verma: Yes. Who is online?
You: This is Prof. Suraj, Rajesh's class teacher.
Verma: Good Morning Mr. Suraj, How are you?
You: I am good. I have called with regards to the note which I gave to Rajesh. Did you receive it? I did not get any confirmation, that's why I called.
