Do you think Hinglish has become a norm in professional English?

I do not think 'Hinglish' is a norm. Besides, professional conversing should be in English and nothing beyond. B)

Hinglish is being used by people who are comfortable with a bit of Hindi whenever they don't have the correct word or correct grammar in English. It can never be a norm as we need to convey our ideas to people who understand only English (foreigers) too in MNCs and they certainly can't understand Hinglish .

Hinglis has not become the norm and its usage should be discouraged as much as possible.
